DEVEREAUX SAWMILL

Our metal detector was rejecting too many logs and the performance was unreliable.  We inspected the rejected logs and found that the majority were actually metal free.
 
The number of rejects was hampering our production so we contacted Cassel/Tectronix to see if they had a solution.
 
The decision was made to replace our metal detector with a Metal Shark™ system from Cassel/Tectronix.  There was minimum disruption to our mill and at a reasonable infrastructure cost.
 
The Metal Shark™ finds the metal in our logs, marks the exact location and gives us a confidence we did not have with our previous system!
