Alimentaria FoodTech 2021
October 2021 - Barcelona
Alimentaria FoodTech 2018 reached 25,000 square metres after eight months and confirms the sector’s confidence in the fair, which is entering a phase focused on its supply sectors: processing, ingredients, packaging, Industry 4.0, food safety, refrigeration, maintenance, logistics and other industrial services.
More than 200 leading companies have already confirmed their participation in the 2020 exhibition, including Ibercassel. This exhibition is postponed due to the Corona pandemic. Alimentaria FoodTech 2021 is planning an exhibition area of more than 35,000 m2, 15% more than in the last edition, and more than 900 exhibiting brands. “The numbers achieved show the industry’s confidence in Alimentaria FoodTech 2020 as a platform for new business opportunities,” said Ricardo Márquez, Director of Alimentaria FoodTech.
Ibercassel is present
Ibercassel’s management has renewed its confidence in participating in this fair, as it has worked very well in 2018, when Foodtech and Hispack were held together, to internationalise our products and reach more manufacturers.
The products that Ibercassel distributes are ideal for industries linked to food production, and Foodtech is a good place to reach this target group.
We will take this opportunity to present the most advanced products for detecting all types of contamination in production lines.
Alimentaria FoodTech 2021 creates a comprehensive program of value-added activities focused on innovation from the industry. For example, the Innovation Meeting Point (IMP), which is divided into three areas, will again be presented at the fair: Technology Centres, Start-ups and Conferences on the most important topics in the sector. The IMP will be the hub where the transfer of knowledge on the industry’s most popular topics is promoted.
The Innova FoodTech Awards will also be presented during the event, which will highlight the most creative and innovative products presented by exhibitors at the fair. and the Emprende FoodTech Awards, which will reward entrepreneurs who contribute to technological innovation in food transformation and preservation.
