Technical Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager – Germany (m/f/d)
CASSEL Inspection is a technology leader in the field of industrial production inspection and part of the international TASI Packaging Integrity Group. Our inspection systems – metal detectors, X-ray inspection systems, and checkweighers – are known worldwide for the highest quality and reliability, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
To support our expansion plans in the German-speaking market, we are seeking a sales-oriented employee (m/f/d) who will actively contribute to our growth strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Expansion and maintenance of the customer base in Germany
- Sales of our full product portfolio with a focus on food and pharmaceutical applications
- Independent management of the sales process from inquiry to contract signing
- Participation in trade shows, customer meetings, and on-site presentations

Your Profile:
- Strong sales orientation and ideally experience in a technical environment
- Technical understanding of complex, explanation-intensive products
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Industry knowledge in food, pharmaceutical, or packaging sectors is an advantage
- Independent, goal-oriented working style and high willingness to travel
- Achieve sales targets by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally beyond for trade shows
- Strong negotiation skills and frequent customer visits required
- Fluent in German; English skills desirable
